1. Remove data on your device
On iPhone, use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Mindflow → Delete App. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data, so use Delete App to remove the local app database. On Android, use Settings → Apps → Mindflow → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Menu names vary by device.
This removes local mood entries, notes, profile, and progress. Save anything you want to keep first. If you use device backups, manage or delete those separately; restoring a backup may restore app data.
2. Request deletion of server-held information
The current app uses a local profile rather than a password-based online account. It can still send an onboarding report to the server. To request deletion of that report or support correspondence, email us with the subject “Mindflow data deletion”.
Tell us you want your Mindflow server data deleted. We will work with you to identify the relevant record; a display name alone may not uniquely identify it. Do not include private journal entries. We will explain any information we cannot remove and why.
