Information stored on your device
Mindflow stores your mood entries, selected emotions, journal notes, profile, and reflection progress in a local app database. These records support your timeline, calendar, insights, streaks, and achievements. Mood entries and journal notes are not included in the onboarding report described below. Device backups may contain app data depending on your operating system and backup settings.
Limited app diagnostics
When you create a local profile, Mindflow may send a small amount of technical and onboarding data to help us understand setup and basic device compatibility. This data is not intended to directly identify you and does not include your mood entries, journal notes, selected emotions, insights, or other reflection history. The app sends it to the configured Mindflow API and retries if the first attempt is unsuccessful.
Why information is processed
Local information powers the app’s reflection features. Limited technical and onboarding data helps us understand setup and basic platform compatibility; it is not a copy of your journal and is not used to provide mental-health advice. Information you send by email is used to answer your question or handle your request.
Website and service providers
This website loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and advertising performance. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, and cookie identifiers. On our advertising pages, the Landing Signal Hub also records a visitor identifier, session information, campaign attribution, quiz answers, and funnel interactions. If you submit an email, it is stored with the consent choice and campaign context, and an advertising conversion may be sent to Meta. Hosting and email providers process connection information and support correspondence to deliver their services. Contact support to request deletion of website or lead information. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until removed from your device. Device backups are managed separately through your operating system or backup provider. The current server implementation has no automatic expiry for onboarding reports or website lead records. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of server-held information; we may need additional information to identify the relevant record. We do not ask you to send your journal to identify an onboarding report.
Your choices
You may request information about your data, corrections, or deletion by contacting support. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law and may contact your local data protection authority.
